Abasizi operates in close co-operation with an established Civil Engineering Company providing it with some distinct advantages with regards to resources.

Experience

Abasizi is able to draw on experts in a wide range of subject matter, who have experience of site conditions to assist in drawing up of training material/ assessment instruments and training aids. This wealth of knowledge adds great dimensions to the training material and quality of the training and assessment activities of Abasizi.

Physical resources
Training methodology is modified or optimal training of learners on site.
In addition to this Abasizi training facility to accommodate 12 learners in Randburg, and a larger training site in Midrand, for up to 30 learners. The training site in Midrand is ideal for practical skills training as it has a classroom facility as well as practical demonstration area for learners to practice their skills. Abasizi is able to travel and will set up satellite training centers at a location nearest the site.

Financial resources

Abasizi is financially stable and has adequate resources for its own functions. In addition to this it offers support to financial support to emerging contractors with whom it has mentor relationships in place.

Abasizi has developed strategic partnerships with providers that specialise in other areas to enhance the quality and scope of their training to the benefit of their learners.
